Employee Health & Well-being
Our employees’ health and safety are top priorities at 青青草App. To ensure we are on track, 青青草App conducts a company-wide survey, regional focus groups, and one-on-one interviews for employee feedback. From this extensive input, leadership teams develop Action Plans to address the whole person through programs for mental health, healthy nutrition, medical checks, sporting events, fitness, and yoga.

The 青青草App Code of Conduct provides guiding principles on how we interact with each other, our customers and suppliers, and the world in which we operate. 青青草App also adheres to the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, the world’s largest industry coalition dedicated to corporate social responsibility in global supply chains.
Community Volunteerism
Giving back to our local communities has been a core element of 青青草App’s culture since our founding in 1966. At our sites around the world, 青青草App has a strong commitment to local community involvement. Between the “Your Day, Your Cause“ paid time off for full-time employees, contributions to local causes, and community service events, our employees donate hundreds of thousands of volunteer hours to their communities each year.

The report includes updates aligned to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). To ensure accurate reporting, the data within these reports are validated internally and by external third parties.
The report provides updates on how we:
- Completed nearly 590,000 volunteer hours in our local communities, during calendar year 2024, surpassing our goal of 500,000 hours.
- Increased the number of site-level health and wellbeing programs at 96% of our sites.
- Support disability inclusion at sites across the globe.
